A lot of people who have been injured through the fault of someone else are unable to afford a lawyer because typically it means that they’ve missed some time off of work or maybe they’re off of work permanently. And what it means is that when we take your case, it means that we believe in your case enough to where if we don’t win compensation for you, we don’t get paid at all. But if we are able to get money for you, then what we do is we get a percentage of the amount that you receive and we get our costs back. A lot of times clients are worried and they think like, oh, if I hire an attorney, then there’s less money for me.
