Sexual harassment takes many forms, inappropriate jokes, comments, and then there are romantic advances, sexual advances. Sometimes the employer will stand behind the harasser. It’s a lot easier to keep things the way they are than to change the practices and try to improve the company. People sometimes ask what they should do. The best thing that they can do is be proactive when the sexual harassment is happening, and if we can’t get it to stop, we can document it.
