Abhi Gill

Abhi’s commitment to plaintiff advocacy is shaped by her background in public-interest and community-based work. During law school, she represented unhoused and disabled individuals in administrative proceedings and benefits hearings, reinforcing her belief that effective legal representation must be both skilled and humane – and that clients deserve to feel heard, respected, and supported throughout the legal process.

Before joining the firm, Abhi worked in insurance litigation, supporting trial counsel through all phases of litigation. This experience provides her with valuable insight into defense strategy and case evaluation, allowing her to advocate with foresight and precision on behalf of injured clients. She also brings prior in-house experience from technology and financial services companies, where she worked on regulatory, employment, and compliance matters, strengthening her ability to navigate complex legal issues with clarity and efficiency.

Abhi earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where she completed a Business Law Certificate and received a Merit Scholarship. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Certificate in Criminology from Simon Fraser University; and passed the California Bar Examination in July 2025.

Fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, Abhi is also a nationally competitive martial artist and a Junior Olympics and USA Open karate medalist. She brings the discipline, focus, and resilience developed through years of training into her advocacy, approaching each case with preparation, determination, and respect for the people she represents.
