Fred Warner Mental Health Presentation

At Venardi Zurada, we recognize the critical importance of mental health in our youth. In an effort to promote awareness and provide valuable resources, we are proud to present “A Conversation About Mental Health with Fred Warner & CASSY (Counseling and Support Services for Youth).” This initiative brings together Fred Warner, a dedicated advocate for mental wellness, and CASSY, an organization renowned for its support services for young people. Together, we aim to shed light on the significance of mental health and the need for accessible support for our youth.

During the surprise event at Canyon Middle School in Castro Valley, CA, Fred Warner and CASSY discussed various aspects of mental health, including the importance of early intervention, strategies for managing stress and anxiety, and the benefits of open communication. They emphasized the need for creating safe spaces where young people feel comfortable expressing their feelings and seeking support.

The event also highlighted the role that parents, educators, and the community play in supporting the mental health of our youth. By fostering a supportive environment and promoting mental health education, we can ensure that young people have the resources they need to navigate life’s challenges.

At Venardi Zurada, we are committed to making a difference in the lives of young people. By facilitating important conversations about mental health and partnering with advocates like Fred Warner and organizations like CASSY, we hope to contribute to a future where every young person feels valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.
