Meet The Team: Martin Zurada

My name is Martin Zurada and I’m a partner at Venardi Zurada. I am a child of immigrants and so to my parents, there are really only three acceptable professions. One was medicine, the other was engineering, and the third one was law. And because I hated science and I wasn’t good at math, but I was good at writing and speaking, I became an attorney.

Mark and I started Venardi Zurada in 2012. At that time, both of us had our own individual firms and we felt, number one, it would be great to come together because our personalities matched and we complemented each other in terms of our skills and our views of the case, and number two, we felt like it would be more fun to work together than work on our own.

People should choose us at Venardi Zurada for a discrimination case and also any type of employment case. We’re very experienced. We know what we’re doing. We’ve seen these patterns before and we know how to litigate them. We are deeply, deeply committed to our clients and our cases, and we do what it takes to win that case.

And that means putting in the time, putting in the money, and having myself and my partner Mark on these cases if they go to trial. We are there, and we’re working weekends, we’re working nights, just driving the case as hard as we possibly can to maximize the result for the client.

We genuinely care and we genuinely want the best for the client. Litigation is a tool to achieve the best result for the client, but we also listen to the client and really what it is that they want to achieve. And our goal is at the end of the process, whether the case ends with a settlement or ends with a trial, that we have a happy client who feels like they’ve been understood, that we fought for them, and that we got them a great result.

Meet our team.
