Fernando graduated from California State University, Chico in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and completed the Oakland Police Department’s Citizen Police Academy in 2013. Since then, he has built his career in the legal field, working with multiple plaintiff-side personal injury firms throughout the Bay Area. Most recently, Fernando spent two years working at a litigation defense firm handling high-profile cases.
Throughout his career, Fernando has gained experience working on cases at every stage, from initial intake and pre-litigation through settlement, litigation, and trial. His experience on both the plaintiff and defense sides has provided him with a well-rounded understanding of the legal process and the importance of supporting clients throughout each stage of their case.
Fernando enjoys helping people through difficult circumstances and finds it especially rewarding to provide support and positivity as clients work toward the resolution of their cases.
