If you’ve been injured because of mold exposure, you can sue to obtain your damages, including the cost of your medical treatment, your pain and suffering, and your emotional distress. And you could sue your landlord to obtain those damages. You can possibly sue their property manager to obtain those damages. The damages can be paid by the landlord directly, or if your landlord has insurance covering mold, then it can be paid by their insurance carrier.
