Held in Pleasant Hill, California, this two-day tournament brought together over 35 teams and 350 athletes from across Northern California, celebrating strength, determination, and the joy of competition.

At this year’s event, our team was actively involved, volunteering as scorekeepers, distributing water bottles and T-shirts, and doing whatever was needed to ensure the success of the tournament. Partner Martin Zurada delivered a heartfelt welcoming speech at the opening ceremony, encouraging athletes and their families as they embarked on another memorable tournament.
The values of the Northern California Special Olympics, inclusivity, empowerment, and community, are values we deeply admire and strive to promote in everything we do. It was inspiring to witness the unwavering support from family members, friends, and fans who cheered on these remarkable athletes.
