What Should I Do if I’m Experiencing Workplace Bullying?

If a person is experiencing workplace bullying, they should contact us right away, and we will listen to the client, find out what’s happening, and then we will take a look at the situation and evaluate whether there is a legal claim or not. Not every type of bullying ends up being legally actionable, right? There’s some type of immoral or wrongful workplace behavior that unfortunately is not unlawful. And that means that we, as employment lawyers, cannot help these potential clients with many aspects of behavior that constitutes bullying.

However, if that bullying can be classified as harassment or discrimination, it is unlawful. And in those situations, we can help the client. And, you know, oftentimes, we will take those cases because people call it bullying, but we will call it unlawful harassment or unlawful discrimination.
