If I’ve Been in Previous Car Accidents, Can I Still Recover Damages From a Current Car Accident?

By the time anyone is in their 30s or 40s, they have likely been in prior vehicle collisions. But it doesn’t mean that they can’t recover from the harm that they suffered in a vehicle crash. So what ends up happening is insurance companies try to turn that into a weakness in a case when, in fact, oftentimes it’s the strength of a case in terms of it explains sometimes why a lower speed collision caused a cascade of very bad consequences or why this person that let’s say before was in some pain or had some issues with the same part of the body now is unable to do most things or many things that they have to do or that they enjoy doing. It’s a combination of the vulnerability from being in prior collisions or having had prior injuries to the same part of the body and also lower reserves, less ability to cope with the injury that is happening to them now. When a client comes to us, we will take on the frustration, we will take on the role to be their champion, to be their protector. Having done so many of these cases, we at Venardi Zurada know how to do them right and we know how to win them.
