San Jose, I think, has particular concerns because it’s so large. So, you’ve got a lot of people coming in and out of the city of San Jose, commuting, traveling on city streets. They don’t have as much infrastructure for public transportation. So, people run in their cars. So, the more cars you put on the street, the more they have to negotiate cyclists on the street. And so that creates an extra hazard that needs to be addressed. When you’ve got these extra congestion conditions and more cyclists on the road and sometimes they’re adapting with new bike lanes and routes and stuff, very difficult to keep track of that and it can be confusing. So that extra confusion applies in San Jose and the rest of the Bay Area.
